Where it Began
Art has been part of my life from the beginning. I studied art privately as a child and later earned a BA in Graphic Design. My creative path eventually led me into fashion and beauty, where I spent nearly 20 years as a freelance makeup artist in New York City.
Looking back, I can see how those years shaped the way I see people, light, detail, and beauty—and eventually led me somewhere I never expected: the world.
Discovered the World
Travel changed something in me. The more I saw, the more curious I became—not just about the places I was visiting, but about the people, cultures, traditions, and everyday lives behind them. I realized I didn’t want to simply see the world. I wanted to experience it.
Became Addicted
My curiosity, and desire to travel and explore, never waned. I started traveling to different countries, immersing in cultures, and learning about traditions that are extraordinarily different from the norms of the Western and Modern world. The experiences I was having left me awestruck and utterly amazed, and I was consumed with the desire to discover and learn more.
I Wanted to Go Deeper
The more I traveled, the less interested I became in simply passing through.
I wanted to stay longer, meet people, share meals, participate in everyday life, and understand something about the places I was visiting.
For me, the most meaningful moments have always happened when I stopped being a visitor and started connecting.

Through photography and videography, I want to share with you my experiences and discoveries. My hope is to give you a better understanding, and encourage acceptance of the fascinating ways of the world.

After years of traveling this way on my own, I wanted to create a way for other people to experience it too. My small-group journeys are built around the same things that have always mattered to me: meaningful encounters, cultural experiences, incredible places, and the moments you couldn’t plan for.
